As part of the iDeaL Development team, the purpose of this role is to create and update content to be housed on the iDeaL Specialist Platform. Your passion for structured literacy, tier 2 and 3 instruction, curriculum alignment, and content creation that supports evidenced-based intervention teaching methodologies will contribute to the success and effectiveness of the iDeaL Approach for Specialists and its supporting online platform.
The role will also driving the uptake and effective use of the iDeaL Approach for Specialists ensuring goals and targets are achieved.

Key Functions:
Oversee the subscription process and onboarding of users to the iDeaL Specialist Platform
Drive uptake of the iDeaL Approach for Specialists to support intervention teaching
Contribute to the development and content creation for the iDeaL Specialist Platform
Design and create Structured Literacy resources for Learning MATTERS
Support the Head of iDeaL as required
Support intervention teachers in schools and private settings by way of email support and Teams connects as required
Manage the iDeaL Approach for Specialists tour schedule and webinar schedule
Prepare the content for iDeaL Approach for Specialists’ webinars and present these in line with the schedule
Complete tasks as requested by the Leadership team.
Key Deliverables:
Ensure the effective onboarding of new users
Meet the goals and targets of the iDeaL Approach for Specialists
Continual maintenance and creation of content uploaded to the iDeaL Specialists Platform as directed by the iDeaL work plan
Incorporate curriculum design components into the development of Structured Literacy intervention resources for all aspects of Learning MATTERS
Creation of content for iDeaL termly intervention webinars
Support the Head of iDeaL in creation/formatting/editing of existing and new resources
Collaborate with other Content Creators to ensure alignment across content and resources on the iDeaL Schools Platform and iDeaL Specialist Platform
Respond to email communication in a timely manner to support intervention teachers and tutors
Meet with teachers and tutors as needed to provide more tailored support for implementation
Organise and conduct tours of iDeaL Specialist Platform for interested intervention teachers, schools and tutors, highlighting the platform's features and benefits.
Prepare and present content for webinars to provide further support for users of the iDeaL Approach for Specialists
Work collaboratively with the LMIT Manager and coaches to ensure alignment of iDeaL Approach for Specialists and LMIT training and any reviews of intervention training and research
Attend meetings with other colleagues within the wider Learning MATTERS team as required.
