Are you passionate about education and improving literacy outcomes?
We are looking for an experienced, proactive educator to lead the growth and engagement of structured literacy intervention specialists across New Zealand. As the LMIT Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence the professional development of educators, empowering them to deliver high-quality, evidence-based literacy instruction.
In this role, you will manage the operational delivery of Learning MATTERS’ LMIT program. You will provide guidance, coach participants during their practicum, assess final case studies, and contribute to strategic planning and marketing to ensure alignment with Learning Matters’ objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in leadership or management within education, preferably literacy-focused.
Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
Familiarity with structured literacy and Tier 3 instruction methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Curriculum development or content review experience is a plus.
A relevant qualification in education or related field.
