Course Overview
This course empowers attendees with a research-based coaching process designed to support teachers in implementing Structured Literacy. Guided by Carla McNeil’s expertise in educational coaching and Jim Knight’s Impact Cycle, participants will gain confidence and precision in coaching. This course is suited for RTLBs, RTLiTs, Team Leaders, Deputy Principals, Principals, and Literacy Leaders involved in Structured Literacy initiatives in their schools or clusters.

This three-day course, led by Carla McNeil—an expert in literacy leadership and educational coaching—equips attendees with a concise and effective coaching approach.
