Entry into the 2025 Learning MATTERS (“LM”) $1000 Shop Voucher Draw (“The Draw”) is available to anyone living in New Zealand (or with a New Zealand postal address) making a new enquiry about also LM 2026 offering between 8 December 2025 and 19 December 2025. All enquiries will be automatically entered.
The Draw is not open to current employees of Learning MATTERS Ltd or their immediate family members.
The Draw winner (“The Winner”) will receive a one-time-use voucher code (“The Code”) that will provide a discount of $1000 in your cart when shopping in the LM online shop (“The Shop”) at https://shop.learningmatters.co.nz.
The Winner will be decided by random draw on 22 December 2025, and contacted via email and/or SMS. The Winner will be asked to confirm by reply before 16 January 2026 that they have read these terms and conditions before being provided with The Code. If the winner is unable to be contacted or does not respond within the given timeframe, The Draw will be repeated.
By accepting The Code, The Winner agrees to participate in promotional activity that will include The Winner’s name, role, school and final cart details. That promotional activity will include an appearance on the LM Facebook page as well as a write-up in the monthly LM professional contacts newsletter.
The Code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not refundable or redeemable for cash. No credit or change will be given should the cart value be less than $1000. If the cart value is more than $1000, a credit card will be required to pay the balance. The Code will expire on 9 February 2026 and no longer be valid.
The Code cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount codes, specials or promotions and is valid for use only with full price items in The Shop.
Learning MATTERS Ltd reserves the right to vary or alter details of this promotion without notice. Decisions on eligibility for The Draw will be made at the sole discretion of Learning MATTERS Ltd.
