2026 Learning MATTERS Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Learning MATTERS and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Entrants must meet any additional eligibility requirements outlined in the individual giveaway post.

2. How to Enter
The method of entry will be outlined in the relevant giveaway post. Entries must be received during the promotional period stated and comply with the instructions provided. No purchase is necessary to enter. Unless otherwise specified, only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. Prize Details
Prize details will be specified in the individual giveaway post. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post. The draw will take place within ten business days of the competition closing date. The decision of Learning MATTERS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the social media platform used to enter, by email, or through another appropriate contact method. If a winner does not respond within seven days of notification, Learning MATTERS reserves the right to redraw the prize and award it to another eligible entrant.

6. Prize Delivery
Physical prizes will be delivered to a New Zealand address supplied by the winner. For school-based prizes, arrangements will be made directly with the winning school or recipient. Learning MATTERS is not responsible for prizes that are lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen after dispatch.

7. Privacy and Publicity
By entering the giveaway, participants agree that Learning MATTERS may publish the winner's first name, school name (where applicable), and/or social media profile name for the purpose of announcing the winner. Personal information collected during the promotion will be used only for administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy laws.

8. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform through which the giveaway may be promoted. By entering, participants release those platforms from any responsibility associated with the promotion.

9. Changes or Cancellation
Learning MATTERS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Learning MATTERS also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct that may compromise the fairness or integrity of the promotion.

10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learning MATTERS will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting or using any prize.

11. Promoter
The promoter of all giveaways is Learning MATTERS Limited, New Zealand.
